An artist who was born and raised in Bulgaria. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. After graduation in 1998 he moved to Sweden in Uppsala, where he lived and worked until 2012. During this period created a large number of works that have been evaluated by various prizes and been exhibited at many shows in Scandinavia, in Europe but also in the USA.

In the summer of 2012, he returned to Austria, he settled in the birthplace of important artists Oskar Kokoschka, in the village Pöchlarn (Melk). Currently active forms of international association “Workshop on the Danube”. The work Krassimira Koleva include not only paintings, but also sculptures and working with new media.
